Cancellation policy
- Cancel 30+ days before arrival — forfeit 25% of deposit
- Cancel 21+ days before arrival — forfeit 50% of deposit
- Cancel 14+ days before arrival — forfeit 100% of deposit
- Cancel 7 days or less — forfeit 100% of booking total
House rules
- Smoking in designated areas only — no smoking in rooms
- No loud noise between 22:00 and 09:00
- Strictly no visitors
- Pets are not allowed on the property
- R500 refundable breakage deposit required on arrival
